8 steps can change your behaviour

 

1. Identify the behavior you want to change.

2. Set realistic goals for yourself related to the behavior you want to change.

3. Develop an action plan to help you reach those goals.

4. Take small steps and be consistent in your efforts.

5. Develop a support system with family, friends, and/or professionals.

6. Monitor and track your progress along the way.

7. Celebrate successes and learn from failures.

8. Seek help if you feel you need additional guidance and support.
